About The Position

Copilot enables Consumer IoT companies to engage with their customers in a meaningful way, to increase their lifetime value. We are combining technical expertise and user behavior analytics to create a product that increases revenue of our clients.
The Sales Executive who is a high-energy hunter and a farmer will focus on building relationships at all levels. Based in New York, the Sales Executive will be responsible for pitching and selling Copilot platform to current and prospective clients
Ideal candidates are strategic thinkers with exceptional prospecting skills, high energy, and a structured solution selling abilities.
What you will do
· Manage Full-cycle sales process with responsibility for building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective and current customer deals
· Evaluate opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, sales, and retention within a book of business
· Deliver product demos, provide insightful technical answers, and recommend creative ways to get the most out of Copilot platform
· Work cross-functionally with Lead Generation team
· Be the voice of the customer to the product team
· Help scale processes including lead generation, presentation, negotiation, and more
· Find comfort in working in a fast-paced environment
· Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future
What you Should Have
· 2+ years of experience within a sales team that produces and exceeds their goals consistently
· Experience in a SaaS startup environment - an advantage
· Experience working with small business owners, marketers, and executives
· A sharp focus on your goals
· Superior communications skills
· Exceptional closing skills
