They developed a platform that allows healthcare professionals to work on medical-related projects from around the world, at scale, on their own time, and based on their specific qualifications. Whenever a project requires a human element on a mass scale, they tailor a solution to the client’s needs, help recruit the relevant HCP, and decentralize the work. Our challenge was to help communicate that to the individual professionals and companies needing their help.

By developing a design system that is both personal and human at its core, with strict grids and layouts, we were able to find a balance that will support their new brand strategy and the concept of a “medical power grid”. The system’s flexibility allowed effective use across marketing efforts and the platform’s UI design.
